1. Curriculum Survey

The Curriculum Steering Committee (CSC) for the School of Library and Information Science in Indianapolis would like to get YOUR perspective on the SLIS Indy course schedules and formats, class offerings/course mix, and course content.

We would greatly appreciate it if you would take a few moments to let us know what you think about the courses offered at the Indianapolis campus through this survey. If you just do rating questions, it will take about 5 minutes, but you can give personal comments on most questions.

Your input can help shape the curriculum in future semesters. The CSC and the Indy Associate Dean have used past comments from students to help understand student perspectives on the curriculum and make changes in available courses.

The survey is ANONYMOUS; your Indianapolis student representative, Olivia Hedlund, will review the downloaded comments to make sure no student names are preserved. As you complete the survey, though, please don't use personal information in your comments. You can indicate your interests in ways like, "As someone interested in school media..."

If you have comments about specific instructors, please use course evaluations to communicate those. This survey is about course schedules and formats, class offerings/course mix, and course content from general curriculum/course design perspective.

THANK YOU! Your feedback is valuable.

First we'd like to know your overall interests. When the questions about the program start, you can skip any question you choose not to answer.
