Member Satisfaction Survey 2025

The LI Member Satisfaction Survey is an important way for members to have their say on the services and support that the LI provides. The results of the 2023 survey were used to shape a series of member pledges that have guided our programme of improvement and transformation. Please take a few moments to review the update on the steps that the LI has taken following the 2023 survey.

The survey is open to all grades of members of the LI. Please note that you may only answer the survey once.
