The Florida Girls Hockey Program includes 3 levels of programming to grow the game of hockey for girls in the state.  These include grass roots support, intrastate teams and the Florida Alliance Girls National Bound and Elite Teams. If you are interested in supporting any level of the program as a coach, please complete the below information so we are aware of your intentions, experiences and credentials.  All selected coaches will be required to complete SafeSport training and a background check.  Thank you!

The Florida Alliance Girls teams will train on weekends in all regions of the state (north/central, west, southeast and southwest).  Would you like to be considered a Florida Alliance Girls regional support coach when the teams train in your region?  Role would include supporting the rostered coaches during on-ice practice and skills training, off-ice skills or conditioning training or other off-ice support including classroom, workshops, etc.

One key aspect to the Florida Girls Hockey program (Level 1 of the program) is to grow the game for girls playing at all age levels.  Would you like to support the Florida Girls Hockey program as a regional training coach to support our learn to play and skills training initiatives in local rinks around the state?  If so, include in the comment box those rinks that you are willing to help support.

Another aspect to the Florida Girls Hockey program (Level 2 of the program) is to support associations and rinks in establishing girls teams in their in-house rec programs and to help bring these teams across the state together for events/jamborees/tournaments.  Ultimately, in a couple years this could become an intra-state league of girls teams.  Would you like to support the Florida Girls Hockey program by serving as an in-house/rec coach/trainer of girls teams at a local association?  If so, include in the comment box those rinks that you are willing to help support.
