Introduction

The title of this research study is "Influence of Personal Faith on Teacher Self-Efficacy and Retention in Christian Schools".

I am Alicia Kozimor, a faulty member in the College of Education at Grand Canyon University

The purpose of this study is to examine how personal faith impacts teachers' confidence in their teaching abilities, their resilience in handling classroom challenges, and their overall job satisfaction. It also investigates whether faith-driven confidence is linked to higher retention rates.

No. Your name will be changed to a numerical research ID code that cannot identify you. Your audio recording will not be shared and demographic data will not be linked to you.

Will researchers assign my data/responses a research ID code to use instead of my name?
Yes, I will create a list to link your name to your research ID code.

If yes, how will researchers secure the link of names and research ID codes? How long will the link be kept? Who has access? Approximate destroy date?
I will secure the list of names and research ID codes on a personal, password-protected computer and external hard drive. After three years, I will destroy all information.

If yes, how will researchers create a list to link names with their research ID codes?
A Word document will be created with a list of participant names and given research ID codes.

If yes, how will researchers secure the link of names and research ID codes? How long will the link be kept? Who has access? What is the approximate destruction date?
The list of names and research ID codes will be stored on a personal, password-protected computer and external hard drive. The password protected computer will be in my home. The external hard drive will be stored in a locked, fireproof and waterproof safe. Only I will have access to the data. After three years, I will destroy all information.

How and where will my data be protected (electronic and hardcopy)?
Your data will be stored on a personal, password-protected computer and external hard drive. The password protected computer will be in my home. The external hard drive will be stored in a locked, fireproof and waterproof safe. Only I will have access to the data. After three years, I will destroy all information.
