2022 Parent and Community Member Survey

Plant a Seed…READ! is looking to create an activity-based program by combining a preschool and museum setting involving adult and child once a week.  Families will observe the learning process of preschool children, receive activities to work on at home, opportunities to attend evening Make ‘n’ Take workshops, etc.  The focus of this program is to experience the value of learning through play.
1.Are you a parent/caregiver to a child between the ages of 3-5 in the Hill or Blaine County, MT area?
2.Is your child a recipient of books through Plant a Seed…READ!/Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library?
3.Do you feel there is a need for parent/child program with hands on activities for children ages 3-5?
