Submission Guidelines
The chapter’s Annual Awards & Holiday Party is scheduled for December 2, 2016 at the JW Marriott San Francisco Union Square, 500 Post Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. This is a special celebration to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of our CAI Bay Area & Central CA Chapter Members over the past year.
All CAI Bay Area & Central CA Chapter Members may nominate an individual or organization for an award, including self-nomination. Use one form for each nomination. You may submit one entry per category. If you are nominating an individual or firm for more than one award, please provide a nomination form for each category. If your nomination requires more space, please feel free to attach a separate sheet. We encourage you to submit relevant supporting materials for each award entry.
