Knox Presbyterian Church Sixteen - Worship Format Survey

The purpose of this survey is to solicit your input regarding the format and times for worship during the months of May through August. We know that we will not be be able to meet together for worship in the church until September, so we are exploring the best ways to ensure that we can provide a meaningful worship experience.

Over the past year, worship has been provided through a weekly video. This survey will gather input regarding the desire of the congregation to gather for worship in another way - via Zoom.

The survey should take no more that 5 minutes to complete. Thank-you for your input.
