Our NZLocums team takes pride in ensuring that the internationally trained medical professionals we recruit  are well prepared to start work with the General Practice team they are joining. Our three day Orientation Programme is an important part of this.

The feedback we recieve from participants at the completion of the programme allows us to ensure it is effective in achieving this goal and delivers an excellent return on their time invested in it. But we also understand that once you start work in your new role, much of what was covered in the Orientation Programme will make more sense.

So now you have been working in NZ for a while, we'd like to ask you if there is anything we could do better?
Is there anything you would have liked to have known that wasn't covered? Was there any content which has not been relevant for you in your work in NZ?

We'd like you to answer a few questions and share your thoughts and experience with us so that we can ensure that future doctors and medical professionals that come to work in NZ can benefit from it too.
