EYFS Home Learning Survey

I am gathering research on how valuable home learning programmes are to schools, and particularly looking at if/how they can be included as evidence for assessment, and if this can be used to boost home learning.
I would love your help!
All responses will be anonymous and used for my market research only. By completing this survey you consent to me using your responses in my data.

This survey will take roughly 4 minutes to complete and is preferable for EYFS staff and SLT.

Thank you.
