Yellow-green ARFF Vehicles

The FAA Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5210-5D (https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Advisory_Circular/150_5210_5d.pdf) specifies standards for paint colors, lighting packages, and vehicle markings for Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) and other vehicles.  This AC defines the color that must be used on ARFF vehicles funded through the Airport Improvement Program (AIP).  Recently, the age of this guidance has lead to questions regarding the applicability of the color criteria in this AC and the manner in which it is used to select ARFF vehicle colors.  Ohio State University would like your responses to the following questions to document your specific experiences with the yellow-green ARFF vehicle color specified by this Advisory Circular.
