OPA Strategic Planning Focus Group Interest Form

As part of our cycle of continuous improvement, OPA is embarking on a rigorous strategic planning project. Through this process, we hope to build a shared mission and vision for OPA and our champions, and determine our aspirations and key outcomes for student success. We want to also examine the current state of the organization across a variety of areas including academics, enrichment opportunities, facilities, and culture.

Therefore, we need input from all of our OPA stakeholders. If you are interested in participating in our strategic planning focus groups, please fill out the form below. We are planning to hold the focus group meetings via Zoom in mid to late May. Your feedback and ideas will help us to improve the opportunities and experiences available to all of our OPA champions!
