As part of our cycle of continuous improvement, OPA is embarking on a rigorous strategic planning project. Through this process, we hope to build a shared mission and vision for OPA and our champions, and determine our aspirations and key outcomes for student success. We want to also examine the current state of the organization across a variety of areas including academics, enrichment opportunities, facilities, and culture.
