We have 2 types of events on our Meetup group:
  1. Events created by our members (i.e. a potluck at your house)
  2. Public events attended by our members (i.e. a Pride parade)
Either type of event requires a "Host" on meetup.com. By completing this survey, you agree to fill the Host role.

Event Hosts are responsible for the following:
  • Attending the event
  • Gathering and Welcoming members to the event
  • Taking Attendance and updating meetup.com after the event
  • Point of Contact: checking and responding to meetup.com comments and direct messages related to the event
  • Member Safety and Well-Being throughout the event
