Welcome to the 2023 PWYBA Summer Survey!

As we have in previous seasons, Plymouth Wayzata Youth Baseball Association is looking for your feedback on the 2023 Summer Season.  PWYBA is hoping you take a few minutes to share your suggestions, opinions and comments, which will help guide future decisions on various aspects of the baseball programs we offer to our community, including tournaments, field improvements, and coaches.  Your feedback is extremely important to PWYBA as we look to improve the baseball experience for the players and families we serve.  Please know that all information collected is kept confidential.  PWYBA uses your feedback to improve our offering and evaluate coaches - data and any specific information provided is never shared with the coaches.  At the end of the survey you will have the option of providing your contact information should prefer to have a confidential conversation with a PWYBA Board Member.

If you have multiple players in the program, please complete the survey once for each player per league or program.  Survey Monkey only allows one survey to be completed from the link sent via email.  To complete addition surveys please visit the www.pwyba.com website and use the survey link on the home page.
