Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Needs Assessment |
The Florida Independent Living Council (FILC) is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the State Plan for Independent Living, a three-year strategic plan for Florida to work towards goals of greater access, inclusion and independence.
We achieve our goals in working with the 15 Centers for Independent Living, working with state agencies in Florida, and educating the community. Our role is not to provide direct services to individuals, but to help advance and develop Independent Living and the disability community in Florida.
In order to best serve the needs of Floridians with disabilities, FILC is looking for feedback in a needs assessment around personal care assistance. Your feedback will ensure we are addressing the systemic barriers in our state plan.
