In the recent past, we began inviting the award winners to speak briefly, and we have asked people who are close to the individual award recipients to introduce the winner with some comments about them. How do you feel about this? I enjoy it. The banquet should focus on recognizing winners and sharing about them. I like it as long as it's brief. I don't have any particular feelings about it.
