Session Proposal Form

Selection Process

All submissions must be submitted online by Friday, September 15, 2017. All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the AAMSE Annual Conference Program Committee for consideration of inclusion in the 2018 Annual Conference program. Proposal authors will be contacted with the status for their proposal and outcome of program selection in late Fall of 2016. Authors must be able to present at any time during the conference (8:00am until 6:00pm July 25 – July 28). Authors with proposals selected to be included in the 2018 Annual Conference program will be provided with further instructions upon selection.

How to Submit
  • Proposals must be submitted online below.
  • Proposals must be received by the close of business (5:00pm EST) September 15, 2017
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent via email in late Fall of 2017.
