Current EBA members are invited and encouraged to propose presentations for the January 14 - 17, 2018 conference in Newport Beach, California. To be considered for selection, please complete this submission form by September 25, 2017.
Please note that presentations should be tailored to include a “take away for bankers” or be focused on the bankers’ perspective.
Friday, September 25, 2017: All presentation proposals must be received by the EBA for consideration.
Friday, October 14, 2017: Notification will be made after selections are determined.
Friday, November 3, 2017: EBA Speakers must be registered in their applicable attendee category to attend the Conference.
Friday, November 10, 2017: Final conference presentation and materials due to EBA.
- Proposed presentations should be in the 20 -25 minute range with time allowed after for questions and commentary. While not essential, care should be given to include the banking risk management perspective. You are encouraged to seek out banking members to contribute to your presentation and/or sit on your panel.
- Speakers may be scheduled into one of six main sessions for the conference on Monday, January 15, 2018 and Tuesday, January 16, 2018. There may also be opportunities for lunch speakers or moderators. Please indicate any time periods during those days that you cannot be available so that we can plan accordingly.
- Topics not selected for the EBA January 2018 Conference may also be considered for other EBA educational channels.
