Marketing and Communications surveys enable an institution to receive relevant input from customers and analyze overall customer satisfaction. How do customers rank new products and services? Are customers satisfied with the promotions? Have our marketing services helped them achieve their objectives? The survey results will give Saint Augustine's University a competitive edge and allow us to use customer input to improve our service and keep our customers satisfied.
