Readiness For In-Person Gatherings Survey

Like many organizations navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, St. Paul faces important decisions about safely holding in-person gatherings. To help us in planning and decision-making, we want to hear how comfortable you would feel attending various in-person activities. No individualized information will be collected or retained as part of this survey. Please take 5-8 minutes to complete this survey, which will provide us with helpful insight as we make decisions about future in-person activities.
