Please know that we first attempt to back fill all On Site Cancellations through this Wait List.

Most cancellations take place around “key dates” associated with the Retreat’s Cancellation Policy.

Should you receive a “Wait List Registration Invitation” you can commonly expect to be notified by the following dates:

- Monday, February 18th (week that follows)

- Sunday, March 31st (week that follows)

- Monday, April 15th (week that follows)

- Last Minute Cancellations, April 27th - May 1st

We request that you only apply for the Wait List if you’re committed to attending the Retreat, knowing that you will need to be available to accept an invitation at any of the possible times noted above.

Only correctly completed Retreat Wait List Applications will be considered for an On-Site Accommodation cancellation.

I understand that I will be contacted via email or phone should a cancellation occur for my preferred option and that I must respond within 48 hours and provide full payment to secure the offered Retreat Registration at that time.
