This survey is intended for:

Merchants who are currently not on DoorDash and are launching a restaurant virtual brand.
Unmanaged merchants already on DoorDash and are launching a restaurant virtual brand.

NOTE: Restaurant virtual brands must be food and beverage items to be eaten as a meal (cannot be wellness stores, restaurant menus with only convenience items, etc.)
