Thank you for participating in the Highway 63 Community Health Assessment! We are the Highway 63 Community Assessment Committee; a coalition of members from the Adair, Schuyler, Macon, and Randolph County health departments.
We need your help. The Highway 63 Committee is completing a community health assessment to better understand the health needs of the community we serve.
