Southern Women Connect Luncheon

Vendor Expression of Interest

Please complete the form to register your Expression of Interest to host a stall at Southern Women Connect luncheon on Friday, 21 August 2026 at Currumbin RSL.
By completing the form you agree to commit to the following requirements:
- Provide your business logo in jpg or png format
- Provide a short blurb (50 words) and long blurb (up to 150 words) for your business
- Display a large pull up banner at the event for your business (at your own cost)
- Provide a special offer for your business to our guests eg 20% off a booking, book 5 sessions get 1 free etc.
- Provide promotional material such as flyers, business cards or digital promotion to our guests.
- Provide a prize valued at $200+ for prize giveaway at the event
- Must have a representative at the stall from 11.00am to 2.30pm
- Must be available for set up either the day prior to the event or early on the day of the event.

There are 8 categories where 1 business will be selected to represent each category. The categories are listed in the survey.
We will:
- provide a small table and table cloth at the event for your stall set up
- promote your business on social media and at the event
- not charge for your stall
- notify you of the outcome of your application by 1 July 2026.

Please note your representative hosting the stall will not be provided with a meal however you are welcome to purchase a ticket for a meal to be included.
