Very Good - the process was straightforward, and my report was corrected.

Good - the process took some time, but my report was corrected in the end.

Not Good - the process was difficult and required me to follow-up or make a complaint.

Terrible - the process was very difficult, took a long time or was not successful at all.

NA - I have never had to correct something on a credit report.
