Leucadia Streetscape Business Survey

About the project

Construction began in early 2024 for the Leucadia Streetscape Segment C West and NCH 101 Drainage project between La Costa Avenue and Jupiter Street. In June 2025, construction activities are anticipated to shift to the west side of North Coast Highway 101 to complete the water line, sidewalk, curb, and drainage improvements.
We are asking for input from businesses in the project area, which will help us with outreach efforts during construction. The following survey will take approximately five (5) minutes to complete and will greatly help us understand how to best serve the community during construction.
The Leucadia Streetscape Project includes improvements to preserve, beautify, and revitalize nearly one mile of North Coast Highway 101, from Jupiter Street to La Costa Avenue, to enhance mobility for a safer community and to enjoy the area by the preferred means of travel.

This current segment of construction will provide the following benefits:
  • Two new traffic roundabouts at Grandview and Jupiter Streets.
  • Parking along North Coast Highway 101, including areas for business deliveries on the west side only. Parking pods on the east side will be constructed in the future.
  • New medians, landscaping, trees and street lighting.
  • Repaving and restriping of traffic lanes.
  • A dedicated bike lane from Jupiter Street to La Costa Avenue.
  • New and expanded sidewalks.
  • Improved crosswalks with pedestrian signal at Avocado Street.
  • Storm drain infrastructure to address historic flooding.

Thank you in advance for taking the survey!
