The LA County Department of Public Health (DPH) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program has ended as of August 14, 2026. Starting August 15, 2026, the PPE survey links are deactivated and requests for PPE will no longer be accepted or fulfilled. Individuals who live in LA County and are aged 65+ or unable to leave home can request two free COVID-19 tests. The tests are shipped within 5 business days. Requests can be submitted using the Homebound Survey Form: https://forms.testandgo.com/form/251175071932151 Free COVID-19 antigen tests and other public health products can also be found at Community Health Stations deployed around LA County. Individuals in need of supplies can use the Health Station Locator at http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/CommunityHealthStation/.
