This is a common form for booth exhibitors and general participation.
The Fermilab Quantum Symposium will feature two days of lectures, tutorials, keynote talks, panel discussions and breakout technical sessions, poster sessions, interactive laboratory tours, live demonstrations and public celebrations highlighting the latest advances in quantum computing, communication, sensing and applications. Friday evening, December 5, will conclude with a quantum-inspired art program and a public lecture from a distinguished QIS leader.

We welcome students and professionals to apply to participate in this two day event to learn about the state of the art and the future of quantum information science and technology. Guests will engage in trainings, career development opportunities and poster sessions.
We welcome industry, academia, national labs, quantum centers and other QIS institutions to host a booth and showcase their work in quantum on Friday, December 5. The showcase component aims to raise awareness of the importance of quantum information science and to demonstrate the richness of the quantum ecosystem.

This is an in-person only event. The following is an application and, if approved, you will receive a separate invitation to register. At the time of registration, a small fee per day will be applied. Meals and coffee breaks are included in registration fees. A limited number of registration waivers are available for students with financial need. This event is not able to provide financial support for travel and lodging.

The application deadline is October 31. You will be notified of the status of your application by November 7.
