Objective:

Council is seeking meaningful feedback from residents of Cessnock local government area in order to understand the wants and expectations of the community in regard to Visitor Servicing. By completing this survey, your opinions will help provide clarity around the current perceptions of the Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre service and identify ways in which the Centre may be able to improve.
