OLD GLENN HIGHWAY & ARCTIC AVENUE CORRIDOR PLAN The Old Glenn Highway and Arctic Avenue Corridor Plan will establish a 20-year vision and strategy for the Old Glenn Highway and Arctic Avenue transportation corridor within the Matanuska-Susitna (Mat-Su) Borough. The corridor plan will analyze development patterns, traffic volumes, safety issues, environmental concerns, right-of-way constraints, public feedback, and other metrics as needed to develop recommended projects and actions to improve corridor conditions.The analysis will be divided into two discrete geographic segments: Segment 1: Arctic Avenue from the Glenn Highway to the Matanuska-Susitna River Bridge Segment 2: Old Glenn Highway from the Matanuska River Bridge to the Old Glenn and Glenn Highway interchange.
