A veteran of the Mexican music scene, César spent a decade at Universal, initially as a Label Manager in the international department, before being appointed Director of Marketing for domestic acts, overseeing countless successful campaigns. He left Universal in 2011 and founded his own company , LPA Music, who provide bespoke marketing campaigns both for local acts and internationals such as Foo Fighters, St Vincent and Queens Of The Stone Age.

We have booked eight 45-minute consultations with César so Victorians interested in exporting to Mexico can seek his advice on strategies, communities and contacts. These sessions are most suited to managers or labels who have an act or acts who are legitimately at the stage of building their international audience.
