Our NZLocums team takes pride in ensuring that the internationally trained medical professionals we recruit are well prepared for their first day of work in the General Practice team they are joining.

Our three day Orientation Programme is an important part of this.

As part of our internal quality assurance processes, we are undertaking a review of the Orientation Programme to ensure it continues to meet the needs of both the participants, and the General Practices they are going to work in.

We invite General Practice Managers and Clinical Directors who have experience of working with a medical professional who has completed our Orientation Programme to complete this survey.

We thank you for your time and for sharing your thoughts and experience with us so that we can continue to ensure that the medical professionals we place in your team are as ready as they can be to start work with you.
