Youth Leadership & Action Survey

Welcome! The goal of this survey is to help you reflect on your growth and the skills you've gained over the past 6 months while being a part of California Youth Connection. There are no right or wrong answers, and your honest feedback is incredibly important.

The survey is in three parts:

Part 1: About Your Experiences asks for some basic information about your background.
Part 2: Youth Leadership & Action Self-Assessment asks you to rate your own skills. Please think about your personal experiences over the past 6 months as you answer these questions.
Part 3: Open-Ended Questions gives you a chance to share more details about your journey.

Part 2: Youth Leadership & Action Self-Assessment

Instructions: Please rate your ability to do the following, reflecting on your experiences in the past 6 months. There are no right or wrong answers.

Our Survey Scale:

1 = Not at all (I don't know anything about this.)
2 = A little bit (I have a small idea but need a lot of help.)
3 = Getting there (I understand it and can do it with some help.)
4 = Got it (I understand it and can do it by myself.)
5 = Totally got it (I understand it so well I could teach someone else.)
