Summer Survey 2020

Welcome to the VTLIB 2020 Summer Reading Survey. This survey is primarily asking about services your library provided during the period of June 1 - August 30.

Your responses will help the Department of Libraries, partnering state agencies, and the Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide helpful resources and support for future summer reading programs. Your responses will also help demonstrate the importance of libraries as leaders in summer enrichment, literacy support, and workforce development.

This survey is mandatory for all Vermont public libraries that received CSLP summer reading materials from VTLIB. We would also like to hear from:

  • libraries that offered a summer reading program but did not use the CSLP theme
  • libraries that did not offer a summer reading program but provided other services during the summer

Instructions: only one person from your library system should complete the survey. The survey must be completed in one sitting. If you have all relevant statistics and anecdotes before the start of the survey, completion should take approximately 25 minutes.

The deadline for submitting these statistics is Friday, October 16, 2020 at 5:00pm.
