Recovery Works Survey

PRO-A and PMHCA are sending out this survey to persons within our recovery service systems to better understand some of our system challenges and opportunities, particularly around employment.

Your time is valuable to us. Your responses to this survey will be used to strategically plan for future policy efforts as well as to set the agenda for the Recovery Works Summit. The findings will be shared at the Summit on September 27 at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey. 

If you are unable to attend the Summit, the findings of this survey will also be shared on this list and broadly within the recovery communities.
