* 1. This study is entitled 'What do you understand by the word SPIRITUALITY?'
It is conducted with the view to furthering the work produced by Peter la Cour.

We are inviting you to participate in this study. Participation will involve the completion of an online questionnaire. The purpose of this research is to gain a deeper appreciation of the understanding of the word spirituality.

Should you decide to participate, you will complete the online questionnaire, which should take no more than 10 minutes. The questionnaire will require you to indicate the extent to which the statements best apply to you.

By completing the questionnaire you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or over, and are giving your consent to take part in the study.

Your data will be held securely and in confidence and any identifying information will be removed prior to publication as required under Data Protection legislation. The Freedom of Information legislation allows access to certain non-personal or generalised data. All of your responses will be anonymous. Analysis will focus only on group responses and no attempt will be made to link any specific person to her or his individual data. Please be aware that you may withdraw from the study at any point if you so wish. You are not required to answer every question in order to submit the survey.
