2022 Colonies Swim Team Post-Season Survey



Thank you for being part of the Colonies Cruisers Swim Team this summer! Now that the season has ended, we want to hear from you! Please take this brief survey so we can plan for the 2023 season and make improvements that will ensure your swimmers are excited to return summer after summer. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is confidential and will be reviewed by the Swim Team Committee.  Please complete one survey per household.
