Thank you for participating in this Public Service Transformation Programme (PSTP) Employee Feedback Survey. The survey seeks your views on your awareness of the Programme, your experience with transformation efforts, and the impact of reforms across the Public Service.
The Public Service Transformation Programme is a whole-of-government effort to improve how the Public Service works and serves the public. It focuses on four key areas: improving customer service, expanding digital services, strengthening governance and accountability, and improving human resources management and public administration.
