This survey is for adults of Transfiguration Lutheran Church. THANK YOU very much for your input as we assess the current children's, youth and family ministry, and dream for the future. This survey will take approximately 15 minutes.
Although you may not have children or youth engaged in our ministry at this time, your input is still needed and appreciated.
Please answer these questions based on how you feel or what you perceive. We are seeking perception--even though you may not currently have experience in a specific area, we value your attempt to answer to the best of your ability.
Please note that for the purposes of this survey, we define "children's ministry" as ages 0-6th grade and "youth ministry" as those students in grades 7-12. We appreciate your input as we discern the best ministry and staffing options for Transfiguration Lutheran Church!
