You are invited to participate in research into the potential impacts and implications of the Employment Rights Bill.

Before you decide to participate, it is important that you understand why the research is being done and what your role will be in it. Please take time to read this information and ask for clarification if necessary.

Moja is conducting research on behalf of Inspired HR regarding the Employment Rights Bill. The purpose of the research is to assess the preparedness of SMEs in relation to the pending implementation of the Bill.

The research will be analysed, with the findings being shared to support preparation and demonstrate attitudes within the sector towards the Bill.

The individual completing the survey (you) will be anonymous, but you will be asked to disclose the size of your organisation and where it is based. You will not be personally identified in any form of publication or dissemination of the research or data, nor will your specific organisation.
