The Lake Arbor Foundation, Inc. (LAFI) has opened its Athletic Center to include programs for basketball, tennis, pickleball and swimming. This survey will focus on basketball as there are many reasons why a person may become interested in how to get good at basketball. Some may want to join a team, play a casual game with friends, or even envision joining the pros. No matter what the primary objective is in choosing basketball, everyone starts as a beginner. LAFI asks you to complete this survey to help us identify an entire basketball program that could be offered depending on the participants’ level of knowledge and/or interest.

1. Clinic Format without scrimmages:

A Clinic format (without defined teams) with a defined clinic leader, almost all the time spent working on individual fundamental skills at stations, with fun and age-appropriate drills and games (few to no scrimmages)

2. Clinic Format with scrimmages:

A Clinic format (without defined teams) with a defined clinic leader, some/most of the time spent working on individual fundamental skills at stations, with fun and age-appropriate drills and games. Some or most of the sessions include scrimmages (full or half court)

3. Teams and Instructional Games: Teams are created and practice separately, a game/scrimmage schedule is defined, but the games are instructional without scores being kept.
