NCCDD Five Year State Plan - Public Comment

The NCCDD Five Year State Plan is the Council's strategic plan that allows it to fund programs and initiatives that support inclusion and integration for people with I/DD across the state. The Council is now seeking feedback on its three goals and their objectives for the years 2022 - 2026 from individuals with I/DD, family members, caregivers, professionals and other community stakeholders.
