Empowerment Award Nomination

The Empowerment Award recognizes an Allentown School District student/staff member who demonstrates the greatest commitment to becoming stronger and more confident and fosters that commitment in their own lives, or in the lives of others in their classroom, their school and/or in their communities. They exhibit extraordinary self-determination.

This form will be used to collect nominees for teachers; elementary, middle and high school students. One award will be given for each category, recognizing a total of 4 individuals.
