Health Champions Social Clubs

We (the Church Street Surgery Practice Health Champions) want to set up some clubs where people can come together, learn new skills, share their skills, meet friends (old and new), and most importantly have fun. Below are some of the ideas we’ve had, let us know if you have any others, and if you’re interested in joining in by completing this form.
