Please join us February 27 - March 1, 2018, as we hold the 2018 Spring Meeting at the Embassy Suites in Albuquerque, NM. This is a great way to network with professionals in the industry.

In addition to committee and board meetings, optional activities are planned throughout the week as well as a Technical Workshop which will be held on Monday, February 26th, 2018. Participation in this workshop contributes towards re-accreditation requirements.

This workshop will discuss the building blocks for designing the safest systems. We will cover a quick review of hydraulic system designs as well as:
· Common methods for preliminary hazard identification.
· Qualifying identified hazards.
· Mitigating hazards in hydraulic systems.
· Failure modes and effects analysis and how to use it.
· An overview of fault tree analysis.

The Sandia National Laboratories, managed and operated by the National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, is one of three National Nuclear Security Administration research and development laboratories.

Our private trolley tour will make a 2.5-hour loop through the neon-drenched streets of downtown Albuquerque, stopping at two local restaurants. Historic buildings, public art and Route 66 are backdrops for this night on the town.
