In early 2021, the San Francisco African American Early Childhood Educator Policy Council (AA ECE PC) was formed by Children’s Council at the behest of City and County of San Francisco’s Dream Keeper Initiative, as a stakeholder group to provide direct, current and personal experience with early childhood education (ECE).
