Goose Bay Watershed Community Survey
How can we keep the Goose Bay Watershed healthy?
We all want to better understand how we can care for our lands and waters to make sure they are healthy and support long term uses that benefit people, nature, and local economies, but how can we do this?
The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation’s (non-regulatory) Great Lakes Watershed Program is promoting community involvement and partnerships to conserve, protect and maintain our beautiful coastal waterfront, forests, rivers and quality of life within the Goose Bay watershed.
To better inform our efforts, we would like to understand your unique local perspective of which environmental priorities you think are most important for the community and the Goose Bay watershed, and how you would like to be involved.
We’re asking for those who live, work or visit this area to complete a brief survey about what they see locally and how they might like to get involved in a “Goose Bay Watershed Initiative”. Please take a few moments to fill out a brief survey to share your ideas. To find out more, email greatlakes@dec.ny.gov
