Your answers and comments will remain anonymous and only the researcher doing the analysis of the survey will see them. She will be developing a report that summarizes the responses from everyone who completes the survey. There is no identifying information in the survey so, while she may use quotes from comments that people make in her report, at no point will any individuals be identified.
