Alberta Golf Foundation

Scholarship applications will be judged on the following criteria if applicable:
  • Academic performance in the previous school year
  • Financial need
  • Participation in volunteer or community activities
  • Relevant work experience
  • Scholarship policies
Scholarships may be renewable annually, up to a maximum of four years. Recipients must reapply each year and continue to meet the established scholarship criteria. All awards are contingent upon the applicant being accepted by and remaining enrolled at the University or College of his/her choice on a full time, full year academic basis. Only completed applications disclosing full details as requested will be considered. This scholarship program is available to all Albertans pursuing post-secondary education. Scholarship awards may be restricted from immediate families of financial donors. 

Application Process
  • Candidates must complete the scholarship application form.
  • Candidates must submit a copy of their most recent academic transcript.
  • Candidates must submit proof of enrolment for the current school year.
  • Two third party letters of reference must be forwarded directly to the Alberta Golf Foundation Scholarship Committee.
  • Candidates must enclose a letter outlining their future objectives and reasons for being considered a scholarship award candidate. 
Application Deadline

Scholarship applications and accompanying information must be completed no later than midnight on June 30, 2018.
