CRITERIA The Eventing Queensland (EvQ) Fund for Officials provides funding which is aimed at supporting officials to develop and increase the standard of excellence by providing funds directly to the individual to assist with expenses associated with attending EA/FEI recognised courses.
ELIGIBILITY For Individual Officials attending upgrade/reaccreditation courses
To be eligible under this program all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- be a current member of EQ
- hold a current EA Officiating accreditation
- applicants must be attending an endorsed EA/FEI course for officiating or coaching
- event/course must be held between 1 Jan and 1 Dec 2025 and be EA/FEI endorsed
APPLYING FOR FUNDING Complete the online application form, answering the following:
- ensure you meet the eligibility criteria outlined above
- indicate the course type, date and venue
- expenses incurred

TD/CD/GJ/Steward/Vet Delegate FEI Clinic Maintenance or Promotion
- Australia $500
- Overseas $1500
- NZ $1200
EA Clinic Maintenance or Promotion Interstate $500
IMPORTANT DATES This funding is open to activities conducted from 1 January to 1 December 2025.
WHAT IS REQUIRED ONCE FUNDING HAS BEEN APPROVED? If your application for funding is approved, you are eligible to receive 100% of the approved amount after the date of the course upon the receipt of;
- Evidence of successful completion of the course
- Applicants direct deposit bank details
All follow-up paperwork and evidence of expenditure are required to be submitted to Eventing Queensland by 1 December 2025, failure to do so may result in any monies being forfeited.
