Foresight Maturity Survey

We are pleased that you are taking the time to answer these questions on behalf of your organisation. The survey will give you a structured assessment of your organisation's foresight maturity, as well as enable our advisors to better understand and gauge the needs of your organisation and tailor potential offerings. Ultimately, the goal is to achieve the right fit between your organisation's foresight needs and maturity of your foresight capability.

Important to know:
- The survey covers nine sections and should take less than 15 minutes to complete.

- Most of your answers will be given on a scale from 1-7, which will help us transform your answers into quantitative data.

- Please answer to the best of your knowledge - a “7” is not necessarily ‘better’ than a “1”. All questions will also have a “Not applicable” option. However, be aware that this might reduce the quality of the final Foresight Maturity Analysis.

- Your individual answers or results will not be shared with any third party, but CIFS reserves the right to use the aggregated data for internal analysis and/or external publication.
